                              Training with BVFLA

The Association arranges training in some of the following areas either in house or using the Academy of Experts .Training in  an Expert Witness Report writing and in presentating it to a Court has been covered in the past. This included cross-examination techniques and how to withstand them. The training was provided by two practicing barristers. Future workshops will develop these skills and also provide basic training in conducting arbitrations, mediations, determinations by expert witness evaluations and conciliations.
