Training

The Association has arranged training in writing an Expert Witness Report and then presentating it to a Court. This included cross-examination techniques and how to withstand them. The training was provided by two practicing barristers. Future workshops will develop these skills and also provide basic training in conducting arbitrations, mediations, determinations by expert witness evaluations and also conciliations.
